Thickness of EN10025 S235JRG2 steel
1) The thickness of EN10025 S235JRG2 steel is 20~80 mm, no cracks and delamination are allowed on the surface, and the weld shall not be less than 20% of the total length of the weld.
2)EN10025 S235JRG2 steel width is greater than 100 mm, length is less than 300 mm. Steel plate inspection should be used when the thickness of steel plate is less than 10 mm.
3) Chemical composition, metallographic structure, mechanical properties and mechanical properties should be tested before welding. See GB/T1820-2008 for the method.
4) The carbon content in EN10025 S235JRG2 steel is less than 0.03%, and the mass fraction of nitrogen is 0.005%; The content of phosphorus and sulfur is less than 0.10% and 0.30% respectively.
5) The metallographic structure and mechanical properties of EN10025 S235JRG2 steel shall be tested. Under specified conditions, such as the weld metal at 20℃, its elongation is greater than 20%; At 20℃, its tensile strength is greater than 180 MPa.
