Recently, the price trend of Tangshan billet has weakened slightly. The current price is RMB 3580/ton, down RMB 20/ton from yesterday. Compared with the same period last week, it is stronger by 20 yuan/ton. Affected by this, the price trend of medium and heavy plate in leading markets such as Tangshan and Handan has risen first and then declined. From a local perspective, affected by the price consolidation in the leading external markets, local prices have risen first and then fell recently. It is understood that the current price of Hegang General Plate in Tangshan market today is 4,000 yuan/ton, a slight increase of 10 yuan/ton from the same period last week, and the local price difference is 160 yuan/ton. The price difference has not changed much from last week, mainly due to the recent Both Tangshan and local market prices fluctuated widely. For transaction status, merchants reported that the current local demand is poor, coupled with resource shortages, and transaction deviations.
Resource situation: The long-term shortage of local mid-plate resources is mainly due to poor market demand and better orders from steel mills.
