A516 gr.60 steel plate is an American standard carbon steel plate for low temperature (- 46 ℃) pressure vessels. The tensile strength grade is 60ksi (60 ~ 80), i.e. 415mpa (415 ~ 550).
A515 gr.60 steel plate quality certificate:
The quality certificate of steel plate shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 247-1997. The quality certificate shall at least include the following contents: smelting method; Chemical composition, melting analysis and finished product analysis results; Main parameters of heat treatment process; Test results of mechanical properties and process properties; Metallographic examination results; NDT results, etc. Provide surface and dimension inspection reports of all steel plates.

Matters not covered herein shall be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer, and shall be implemented in accordance with ASTM A516, GB 713-2008 standards and contract provisions. 14.2 all referenced standards shall adopt the latest version in force. 16MnDR (- 40 ℃) and 15MnNiDR (- 45 ℃) are relatively close to domestic material brands.
