Q345R steel is a special plate for pressure vessels with a yield strength of 340MPa. It has good comprehensive mechanical properties and technological performance. The phosphorus and sulfur contents are slightly lower than the low-alloy high-strength steel plate Q345 (16Mn) steel. In addition to the increased tensile strength and elongation requirements compared to Q345 (16Mn) steel, it also requires impact toughness. Q345R plate is currently the most widely used and most used steel plate for pressure vessels in China.

The prospects for export to the United States, Canada, Australia, India and Europe are promising. It has directly supplied more than 20,000 tons to European customers.
