The tensile strength is 350-630 Newtons/mm2, the yield strength is 185-310 Newtons/mm2, the elongation is 17-25%, and the 0-20° impact is 27-31J. State: normalizing, heat treatment normalizing temperature 890-950°C, stress relief annealing 520-620°C.

And it is determined that the forging temperature of 19Mn6 steel forgings is: heating temperature 1200 ℃, holding time 1 min·mm-1, initial forging temperature 1100～1150 ℃, final forging temperature ≥850 ℃, air cooling after forging, normalizing heat treatment after forging, heating The temperature is 910～940 ℃, and the holding time is 1 min·mm-1 air cooling.
