08AL -- low carbon steel, the nominal carbon content of 0.08%, in kind between 0.05 ~ 0.11%, similar to the grade SAE1008, do not do heat treatment only for forming scenarios, but also used in the case of SPCC replacement. 08AL sheet products are commonly used in the manufacture of electrical appliances, furniture, automobiles, electrical equipment housings, hardware rails, door hinges and other areas. The sheet products of 08AL are commonly used in the manufacture of electrical appliances, furniture, automobiles, electrical equipment housings, hardware rails, door hinges, etc.
No. 45 Steel - A high quality carbon structural steel that exhibits good overall mechanical properties as the most commonly used medium carbon tempered steel. Typical applications include the manufacture of high-strength moving parts such as turbine impellers, compressor pistons, shafts, gears, racks and worms.
40Cr - An alloyed structural steel that, when tempered, exhibits excellent overall mechanical properties and low-temperature impact toughness that are superior to those of No. 45. 40Cr's hardenability makes it ideal for the manufacture of medium-speed, medium-duty parts. Such as gears, shafts, spindles, crankshafts, mandrels and sleeves.
65Mn -- A commonly used spring steel that exhibits high strength and good toughness after heat treatment and cold-drawing hardening. 65Mn is suitable for the manufacture of small-sized flat and round springs and other types of springs, and plate can also be used for the manufacture of cutting tools, leaf springs, less demanding wear parts, etc.
Q235A -- The old metallurgical standard A3 steel, belonging to the carbon structural steel, which is known for its high plasticity, toughness and excellent welding and cold stamping properties.Q235A is widely used for general requirements of parts and welded structures. The upgraded grade Q345A (16Mn) in terms of structural strength belongs to low alloy high-strength steel, which is much improved in terms of comprehensive performance but is more troublesome to weld than Q235A. The suffix of this series is divided into four grades, A,B,C,D, which stand for low-temperature performance, and the highest grade, Q235D, meets the requirements of the low-temperature impact test at -20℃.
Cт3CП -- St 3SP, often abbreviated as 3SP in international enquiry form, former CIS grade, belonging to GOST standard system, similar to national standard Q235, see Q235 analysis.
0Cr18Ni9 -- similar to grade 304, as the most commonly used stainless steel, has a wide range of applications, such as food equipment, chemical equipment and kitchen utensils. The upgraded grade 316, with increased nickel content for improved corrosion resistance, is also more expensive and is commonly used in high-end kitchenware and medical instruments.
Usibor 1500P - a thermoformed material approximating grades HC950/1300HC. It has good hardenability and is produced using a special hot stamping process, complete with heat treatment in a mould. This material requires a combination of processes to achieve specific properties, has excellent stamping properties and formability, and is widely used in the manufacture of high-strength automotive safety components, such as automotive A,B pillars, and anisotropic reinforcing parts.
DT4E -- National Standard Electromagnetic Pure Iron (GB/T 6983), as the name suggests belongs to the pure iron, strength and hardness is relatively low, ductility and toughness is good, good corrosion resistance, with excellent electromagnetic properties, good coercivity performance. Used in the manufacture of transformers, inductors, motors and other electrical equipment core components. There are four grades under this standard, DT4, DT4A, DT4E, DT4C, of which DT4C has the best electromagnetic properties.
ASP-23 -- Swedish powder metallurgical high-speed steel containing a high proportion of alloying elements such as tungsten, cobalt, chromium and vanadium, suitable for long-life cutting tools due to its uniform carbide distribution, high toughness and machinability. Typical applications are punches, deep-drawing dies, drilling dies, milling cutters and shear blades for all types of cutting tools that require long working times. Due to its high hardness and wear resistance, ASP-23 is also suitable for the manufacture of wear-resistant parts for stamping dies, plastic moulds and die casting dies.
SKD12 -- Japanese standard cold work die steel, American standard A681 A2, also known as A2 steel. Favoured for its high carbon and high chromium properties and good wear resistance. High alloying elements, the heat treatment requirements are also higher, properly handled to obtain good wear resistance, more for the manufacture of small impact loads require high wear resistance of cold punching dies, punches, underfeeding moulds, cold upsetting moulds, cold extrusion moulds of punches and concave moulds, drilling sets, gauges, drawing dies, embossing moulds, thread rolling plate, deep-drawing moulds, and powder metallurgy with cold compression moulds and so on.
DC53 -- Japanese high strength and toughness cold work die steel, known for its high hardness and toughness after high temperature tempering. High temperature (520-530) tempered up to 62-63HRC high hardness, the use of the scene and SKD12 similar to some indicators better than SKD12.
