Hot rolling with high temperature and large deformation makes the solute element segregation zone flattened and elongated into strips, which reduces the distance between solute enrichment zone and solute depletion zone, promotes the composition homogenization of austenite zone, and reduces the concentration difference between solute-rich zone and solute-poor zone.
4. Controlling the cooling rate after austenite processing or heat treatment, increasing the cooling rate can make the Austenite-ferrite transformation complete before the formation of pearlite in the solute enrichment zone, avoid the formation of ferrite/pearlite banded structure and reduce the strip structure on the surface of SPA-H steel plate.
5. SPA-H steel plate is sensitive to oxygen content in steel. Aluminum deoxidization is adopted and most of oxide inclusions in SPA-H steel plate exist in the form of alumina. Therefore, by controlling the total oxygen content in the steel water, the alumina inclusions in the SPA-H steel plate matrix can be reduced.
