The experienced people know that the oil cleavages into carbon at high temperature. If the oil in the emulsion can not be removed in time after high temperature carbonization, it will be deposited on the surface of GB/T 11251 40Cr steel plate, and indentation will be formed after rolling.

Because of the oil content in the emulsion is large, it will become carbonization after annealing in the inner wall of the maintenance cover. In other process, the carbon will be taken to the surface of the GB/T 11251 40Cr steel plate, thus affect the appearance quality. After a long period of processing, a lot of oil, carbon black and dust will be deposited on the convective plate and the hearth. If it is not cleaned in time, it will also fall on the surface of GB/T 11251 40Cr steel plate.
