EN10028-2 16Mo3 high pressure vessel plates and DIN17155 15Mo3 boiler steel plates are commonly used vessel steel in steel industry.
From below table, we can notice that 15Mo3 steel and 16Mo3 steel do not have obvious difference in Chemical Composition and Mechanical Properties. If you are more careful, you can find EN10028-2 16Mo3 has higher requirement in Chemical Composition thotrol than that of DIN17155 15Mo3 steel.
