Management of raw materials for boiler plates:
(1) The Q345R steel grade, heat number, count, specification and quality of the slab shall be in accordance with the warranty certificate, and the surface quality shall comply with relevant regulations.
(2) The slabs received by experience must be registered in accordance with the regulations, and stacked according to steel grade, furnace number, and specifications, and must not be stacked with other steel grades.
(3) Raw materials for production: converter continuous casting slab, various records of billet management are represented by "209", "20R", "16Mng", and "16MnR".
(4) The feeder shall strictly check whether the billet entering plan is consistent with the billet on the actual stacking position (including steel number, furnace number, block number, size specifications).
