Analysis on the influence of heat treatment process of SPV490Q steel plate:1) The SPV490Q steel plate produced by the direct quenching process has good strength and toughness matching. This process can replace the traditional offline modulation process to save energy and reduce costs.
2) The strength of the directly quenched steel plate after tempering is relatively small, and the toughness is improved obviously; the steel plate after heating and quenching will be tempered, and the strength will be greatly reduced. Toughness and plasticity increase, the former has better tempering resistance.
3) The high dislocation density lath martensite structure obtained by direct quenching, the martensite laths are finely curved and cross each other. Reheating the quenched steel produces a martensite structure with a lower dislocation density, and the martensite lath is coarser.
4) Under the same tempering conditions, the carbides precipitated by the directly quenched steel plate are fine and dispersed, while the carbides precipitated by the reheated quenched steel plate are relatively coarse.
Delivery status:SPV490 plate is delivered in the quenched and tempered state of quenching and tempering. After communication between the supplier and the buyer, it can also be supplied in the normalized state. (According to the agreement between the two parties, when the user performs normalizing and quenching and tempering heat treatment, the producer can only perform the sample heat treatment, and the steel plate is delivered in a rolled state).
