12Cr2Ni4 belongs to alloy structural steel. It has high strength, good toughness, good hardenability, good surface layer hardness and wear resistance after carburizing and quenching, good plasticity during cold deformation, good machinability, but white spot sensitivity and temper brittleness, better weldability difference. 12Cr2Ni4 alloy is used as large-scale carburized parts that work under high load and alternating stress, such as various gears, worm gears, worms, shafts and other mechanical structural parts subject to high loads.
