Advantages:

Disadvantages:
1.After the seamless pipe is hot rolled, the internal non-metallic inclusions can be pressed into thin slices, and the phenomenon of delamination appears. Delamination greatly deteriorates the tensile properties of the hot rolled seamless pipe in the thickness direction, and it is possible that interlayer tearing may occur when the weld shrinks.
2.Uneven cooling will cause residual stress. Residual stress refers to the internal self-balanced stress without external force. Various hot rolled seamless pipes have such residual stresses. In general, the larger the section size of the steel, the greater the residual stress. Although the residual stress is self-balanced, it still has a certain influence on the performance of hot rolled seamless pipe components under external force.
