Performance analysis of 10CrMo9-10 steel plate
10CrMo9-10 alloy steel is based on high-quality carbon structural steel, with one or several alloying elements appropriately added to improve the mechanical properties, toughness and hardenability of the steel. Products made of this type of steel usually require heat treatment (normalizing or quenching and tempering). The parts and components made of 10CrMo9-10 alloy steel usually need to undergo quenching and tempering or surface chemical treatment (carburizing, nitriding, etc.), surface quenching or high-frequency quenching before use. Therefore, according to different chemical composition (mainly carbon content), heat treatment process and application, this type of steel can be roughly divided into three types: carburizing, quenching and tempering and nitrided steel. If the performance requirements of the steel plate are changed, one or several alloying chemical elements can be appropriately added to improve the mechanical properties, toughness and hardenability of the steel.
