In thermal power plant, GBT 24186 NM400 wear-resistant steel plates are used to make middle speed pulverizer barrel lining board, fan impeller nest shell, dust collector entrance flue, ash pipe, bucket wheel liner, separator connecting pipe, coal shusher liner board, coal scuttle and crusher liner, burner burner, coal hopper and funnel lining board, air preheater support tile, separator guide vane. The above parts have little requirement for the hardness and wear resistance of the wear-resistant steel plates. NM400 wear-resistant steel plate with thickness of 6-10mm can be used.
In coal yard: GBT 24186 NM400 wear-resistant steel plates are used to produce feeding grooves and funnel lining, hopper bushing, fan blade, pushing machine floor, cyclone dust collector, coke guide liner, ball mill inner lining, bit stabilizer, spiral feeder clocks and base, kneading machine bucket liner, ring feeder, flip bucket floor board. The poor working environment of coal yard has certain requirements for the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the wear-resistant steel plate. The NM400 wear-resistant steel plates with thickness of 8-26mm are recommended.
