At present, the ventilation circulation system, drying auxiliary heat system, spraying air supply system and spraying pipeline system of the first ABS grade A mild steel plate pretreatment line have been successfully revamped to optimize its performance and effectively adapt to the construction features of water-based workshop primer. The key technical difficulties of coating drying speed, coating film thickness, coating viscosity and pretreatment efficiency were solved.
After revamping, the ABS grade A mild steel plate pretreatment line has been accumulatively debugged with a steel plate area of 2000 square meters and a coating dosage of 300 liters. Various optimum construction performance parameters have been steadily pushed forward and adjusted.
The ABS grade A mild steel plates pretreatment line has the characteristics of high spraying load, large amount of paint fog and interstitial operation. VOCs terminal treatment process is adopted.
