(1)Improve production ratio of ABS EH40 steel plates with width above 3000mm. So as to diversify ASTM A131 EH40 steel specifications.
(2)Strengthen the management of enterprises and improve BBN steel ability to accept small quantities and multiple marine grades orders.
(3)Improve technical equipment, and expand the production of TMCP ABS EH40 steel plates.
2.Improve ABS EH40 steel plates quality and service quality
(1) Purity steel.
(2) The appearance quality of the ABS grade EH40 steel plates, such as the dimension precision and the surface, should be in accordance to the standard of user satisfaction.
(3) Improve the packaging level of ABS EH40 steel plates.
3.Lower ABS EH40 steel plates production cost
(1) Optimize the billet design and improve yield.
(2) Gradually expand the scope of controlled rolling ABS EH40 steel plates, and reduces heat treatment ABS EH40 shipbuilding steel materials.
