Electrogalvanization is the use of electrolytic equipment to degrease, pickle, and put the solution into a zinc salt solution, and connect the negative electrode of the electrolytic equipment, place a zinc plate on the opposite side of the pipe, and connect the positive electrode of the electrolytic equipment. The power source uses the current to move from the positive electrode to the negative electrode to deposit a layer of zinc on the pipe. Cold-plated pipe is first processed and then galvanized.
