16MnDR smelting process1. 16MnDR steel is smelted by oxygen converter or electric furnace, and the refining process outside the furnace is adopted.

Ultrasonic testing of 16MnDR steel plate1. The steel plate delivered in the normalized or normalized and tempered state with a thickness greater than 20mm and the steel plate delivered in the quenched and tempered state with a thickness greater than 16mm shall be ultrasonically inspected one by one.
2. Other thickness steel plates can also be ultrasonically tested one by one after negotiation between the supplier and the buyer.
3. Ultrasonic inspection standards are implemented in accordance with JB/T4730.3, GB/T2970 or GB/T 28297.
