JIS G 3141 SPCC cold rolled coil is made from hot-rolled coils, which are rolled at room temperature below the recrystallization temperature, including plates and coils. Among them, those delivered in sheets are called steel plates, also known as box plates or flat plates; those with long lengths and delivered in coils are called steel strips, also known as coil plates.
JIS G 3141 SPCC Cold rolling is defined as rolling under recrystallization, but it is generally understood as rolling using normal temperature rolled materials. Aluminum cold rolling is divided into plate rolling and foil rolling. Those with a thickness of 0.15~ or more are called sheets, and those with a thickness of 0.15~ or less are called foils. Europe and the United States mostly use 3 to 6 continuous rolling mills as cold rolling equipment. Since there is no heating in the JIS G 3141 SPCC steel plate process, there are no defects such as pitting and iron oxide scale that often occur in hot rolling, and the surface quality is good and the finish is high. Moreover, the dimensional accuracy of cold-rolled products is high, and the performance and structure of the JIS G 3141 SPCC steel can meet some special requirements, such as electromagnetic properties, deep drawing properties, etc.
JIS G 3141 SPCC steel plate specifications: thickness of 0.2-4mm, width of 600-2 000mm, JIS G 3141 SPCC steel plate length of 1200-6 000mm -15; Grades: Q195A-Q235A, Q195AF-Q235AF, Q295A(B)-Q345 A(B): SPCC, SPCD, SPCE, ST12-15;DC01-06DC01-06
Properties: Low carbon steel grades are mainly used, which are required to have good cold bending and welding properties, as well as certain stamping properties.
