15CrMo steel welding sequence and advantages steel plate

Welding process. The mechanical properties of welded joints must meet the welding requirements and should be considered during design and manufacture.
Preheat before welding. The ambient temperature of 15CrMo steel should be in the range of -20℃~+80℃ to prevent overheating and deformation.
The welder should check the chemical composition (mass fraction), mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the preheated weldment before welding, and the next process welding can only be carried out after passing the test.
During the welding process, the 15CrMo steel should be prevented from overheating and deformation.
15CrMo steel weld defects shall be inspected after the weld defects are repaired, and the results shall be indicated in the contract and signed and agreed by the supervisory engineer before use.
