The production process of P355NH steel plate: hot rolling process is adopted, and rolling is carried out in the production process of steel billet. After the steel billet comes out of the preheating furnace, it needs to be heated at a temperature of 500-550 °C, and the holding time is 15-30 minutes; after the steel billet comes out of the heating furnace, it should be dephosphorized, decarburized, and deoxidized immediately.

1. P355NH steel plate has high mechanical properties and good welding performance, and can be processed online for multiple purposes.
2. P355NH steel plate has excellent stamping performance, high stamping toughness and tensile strength, and the ratio of tensile strength, yield strength and hardness can reach more than 2:1.
3. Under low temperature impact, P355NH steel plate still has good toughness.
4. P355NH steel plate also has good plasticity at high temperature.
5. The chemical composition of P355NH steel plate is similar to that of 304. After quenching and tempering, it can be used to manufacture wear-resistant pipes and other wear-resistant parts, such as lining boards and mud scrapers. etc.

The hot rolling process production of P355NH steel plate mainly includes: hot rolling preparation, thermal load adjustment, rolling and other processes. Hot continuous rolling is a production process in which billets are rolled into semi-finished steel products through continuous rolling mills. Mainly used in steel structure and various machinery manufacturing fields.
